NIGHTLOOM DEVELOPMENT
01 / Backend · Infrastructure · Automation · AI

The server side of your project.

Design studios, automation agencies and founders hand us the part that needs a server: APIs, integrations, deployments, AI steps. Agencies ship it under their own name.

Services: Everything behind the interface.

When a project outgrows its no-code platform, the work lands here.

Frontend

Web apps and dashboards on top of the backend, wired to the real APIs. Built from your designs.

See: ISY, sia.ie, AgentSafe

APIs & backends

REST APIs, databases, logins, payments with custom logic. Documented, so another developer can pick it up.

See: Stripe to Xero (webhooks, Postgres), CascadeRPC (Rust gateway), ISY (server: closed source)

Integrations

Your tools talk to each other: a paid invoice shows up in accounting, a new lead lands in the CRM, nothing is copied by hand. Webhooks with retries and signature checks, scheduled syncs.

See: Stripe to Xero, Greeter

Infrastructure

Your apps and automations keep running: hosting, CI/CD, backups that are test-restored, alerts before something breaks.

See: Production n8n, ISY

Automation & AI

Bots that answer clients and book appointments, documents read and sorted automatically, AI steps with checks around them.

See: Greeter, AI Content Factory

Team: No single point of failure.

Four people, and every area has a named stand-in. If one of us is away, the stand-in takes over: the code lives in your repo and the notes in your tracker, not on our laptops. When Artem H. is away, Artem B. answers your messages.

01 / Infrastructure, DevOps & Frontend

Kyiv, UA

Your contact: answers messages, takes the calls and keeps your tracker current. Runs the servers under every project, from CI/CD to backups that are restored before they count. Builds the frontend too: web apps and dashboards wired to the real APIs.

Moves and cleans data: migrations between systems, deduplication, and the reports a client asks for at the end of the month. Every migration is checked against the source, row by row.

Review: From a client.

What a client wrote once the work was done.

It was a pleasure working with you. I liked your well-structured task approach and reports right on time. Thank you for the work.

06 / How we workFirst task 5–10 h

How we work: Inside your process, on your terms.

  1. 01

    Start small

A first task of 5–10 hours. You see how we estimate, communicate and deliver before anything bigger.

  2. 02

    Your setup

Your repo, your tracker, your process. No new tools for your team.

  3. 03

Your name, if you need it

Agencies can ship our work under their own brand.

  4. 04

    In writing

Progress and questions go into your tracker or Slack. Calls go through Artem @unwinned, voice or video. Need us on a call with your client? We join as part of your team.

07 / Rate

$30 / hour

One rate for every kind of work we take on, so you can resell it with your own margin. Our invoices go to you and never name your client.

Invoiced in USD by Artem H. for the whole team.

08 / Availability

60–80 team hours a week

That's the whole team's capacity, not one person's. Your task goes to whoever on the team fits it best.

  • Estimate in hours before any work starts
  • Czech and Ukrainian time zones
09 / Packages3 formats · one hourly rate

Packages: Three ways to work together.

All three use the same $30 hourly rate; only the way we scope and bill the work changes. Just one small task? Most first tasks take 5–10 hours ($150–300). Send it and you get an estimate; no package needed.

8 hours · 3–5 days

  • A 30-minute call with your team
  • A read-through of what you have now: code, automations or just your current process
  • A written report: risks, quick wins, estimates in hours
  • The $240 counts toward the project if you go ahead

20+ hours · 1–4 weeks

  • A written scope and estimate before we start
  • Work in your repo and tracker, under your name
  • Short docs and a handover call

Retainer

Hours reserved every month for ongoing work, usually 2–3 of us at 20–30 hours each.

from$1,200

  • Your reserved hours are booked before any new project work
  • A weekly written summary in your tracker
  • Unused hours carry over for one month
  • Stop any time with two weeks' notice

How the price stays predictable

  • Free estimate: every task gets a number in hours before any work, within one working day.
  • If we misjudge the work, the extra hours are on us. If the scope changes, we estimate the change and wait for your yes.
  • Typical jobs: Stripe payments and webhooks in an existing app, 8–12 h; a small booking bot with Google Calendar and reminders, 10–15 h; a two-way sync between a CRM and accounting, 20–30 h.
  • Running costs, such as the server and AI usage, are listed in the estimate.

Prices in USD, paid by bank transfer, by card via Payoneer, or in USDT or USDC. The audit is paid upfront, projects 50% upfront and 50% on delivery, retainers at the start of each month.

10 / FAQ15 answers

FAQ: Before you ask.

What clients usually ask before the first task.

Your question isn't here? Put it in the brief; we answer within one working day.

Will our client know about you?

No. We work in your repo and your tracker and, if you like, from an address on your domain. Nothing about your client goes into our portfolio without your written permission.

Will you ever work with our client directly?

No. We don't contact your clients or take work from them directly, during the project or for 12 months after, unless you agree in writing. It's a clause in our contract.

How do you handle access to servers and data?

Separate accounts with only the access the task needs, secrets kept in your vault, and every access removed at handover.

I run a small business, not an agency. Can I come to you directly?

Yes. Tell us what should happen, for example “clients book in Telegram and it shows up in my Google Calendar”, and we'll suggest how to build it and what it costs.

Can we start with something small?

Yes, and we suggest it. A first task of 5–10 hours, or the audit sprint, shows you how we estimate, write and deliver before you commit to anything bigger.

How do you estimate?

In hours, before any work starts, and the estimate is free. A small task gets a number within a day; a project gets a written scope with a range, plus the running costs: server, paid APIs, AI usage. You approve it, then we start. You don't pay above the top of the range unless the scope changes.

What if it takes longer than estimated?

We tell you as soon as we see it, not on the invoice. If we misjudged the work, the extra hours are on us; if the scope changed, we estimate the change and wait for your yes.

How soon can you start?

Usually within 3–5 days of your yes. The estimate names the start date.

Who owns the code?

You do, or your client does: everything we write passes to you once it is paid for. Open-source libraries keep their own licences, and the handover notes list them.

Do you sign an NDA?

Yes, yours or ours, before we see any details. Tick the box in the brief and we'll send one first.

What do you work with?

Node.js and TypeScript, Python, PostgreSQL, Redis, Docker, n8n, and Linux servers on Hetzner, DigitalOcean or AWS; Rust or Solana when a project calls for them. If your product started on Webflow, Bubble, Airtable, Make or Zapier, we can add an API next to it or move the heavy part off it. If your project runs on something else, say so in the brief and we'll tell you honestly whether it fits.

When are you online?

Monday to Friday, 9:00–19:00 Prague time: the whole European working day and the morning on the US East Coast. Messages get an answer within one working day, usually within a few hours.

Who do we sign with?

With Artem H. (@unwinned), who signs the contract and issues the invoices for the whole team. A short services agreement covers the scope, the payment terms and the transfer of rights to the code once it is paid for.

How do we pay?

In US dollars, by bank transfer or by card via Payoneer, or in USDT or USDC. The audit is paid upfront, projects 50% upfront and 50% on delivery, retainers at the start of each month. Every payment gets an invoice.

What happens after delivery?

You get the code, short docs and a handover call. Bugs in what we built are fixed for free for 14 days; after that we are here by the hour or on a retainer.
